SuMo FeSt

A couple of the guys from TJ's fire department put on whats called the SumoFest this time of year. There is plenty of food and they rent Sumo suits and we have a big Sumo Challenge. It is the funniest thing. This year TJ helped with the food. They decided to cook Kalua pork and they cooked it in the ground (picture above) they are getting ready to dig it out, Isaac and dad helped with the pig. Then they smoked some chicken I made the Mac salad and Coconut cake and there was rice and plenty of other food. It all turned out so yummy and the pork was PERFECT. It was such a great night.
