MoToRhOmE TrIp To UtAh

 Our dog Bella found her self a perfect spot for the drive. She is too short to see out the windows from the floor and she has to see what's going on

 This was our first time taking our motorhome on a long trip. I was surprised how well it did, and it was nice that we didnt have to stop very often.

 We all just woke up from a nap, we look like little rug-rats :)

 We had a early Thankgsgiving dinner at Papa Joels house, T.J.'s dad and Tutu and papa and Holli and Fred. It was so nice and as we stood around the table saying what we were thankful for Tutu and I started the water works. It was such a great day ans Grandma Sharron made a yummy dinner.

 We love seeing Tutu and catching up on all the family, we miss these two so much.

 We went to the festival of trees. It was fun and we got some good ideas for our Christmas trees

 I so voted for the Harry Potter tree

 It was so cute Maddox followed Fred around like a little shadow. I felt bad for Fred for a while he was singing songs with him, taking him on walks, playing catch and so much more. But Fred said he loved it and he was so good with him. It was realy great getting to know Fred better. By the time he left he was calling me names just like my little sis Holli does.

 Our dog got so spoiled while we were there, she had so much fun and did so well with Papa's dog Kapu.

 I really hope Maddox doesnt grow out of wanting to help. He loves doing his chores

 On the other hand Jaxson just likes to watch :)

 When we are there Papa always takes time with the boys, TJ and him tied down Jaxson wheelchair down so they could go ride down by the pond, Jaxson looked worried at first but Papa said he laughed the whole way and didnt want to stop, of corse.

 Of corse Bella has to go along for the ride

 Maddox decided to do his own hair this morning. He said he needed alot of product, and yes he said product so he would look awsome. I told him you always look awsome and he said I know but now I look super awsome

 He said he wanted to get cozy

 Papa took us to a petting zoo that is close tohis house. It was closed but of corse he knew the owners so we got to go right in. This little guy was so cute he followed us everywhere and Maddox brought his peanuts to share

 Jaxson had fun and he kept laughing so hard everytime Maddox said it was stinky, he is such a boy!!!

 I was laughing so hard at this, Papa said there is no way he was getting any closer because these guys spit so both Papa and Maddox just tossed the peanuts and carrots in.

 IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK ALOT LIKE CHRISTMAS!!!! I can't believe I didnt know about this elf on the shelf thing before. I used a elf I already had. Everyday he will be in a different spot and cause some trouble, but mainly keeping an eye on the boy's and reporting back to Santa if they are naughty or nice. For the first morning the elf makes us a breakfast.

 And he brings Chrismas socks and a toy for the boys

 He cut up fresh fruit and made a Christmas smoothie

 The boy's loved this one he made us snow men  out of doughnuts and milk

 And every year he writes them a different note with the date and the boys age on it. And we keep it in our Christmas scrap book of memories

 Jaxson loves book and the elf new just the perfect book to get him

 I think though next year I will do the breakfast on a non work day cause we had to get up so early Jaxson was ready but Maddox wasn't ready to get his picture taken yet

 He made us a breakfast casserole, all night in the crock pot and ready when we woke up, it was realy yummy

 And there all of a sudden was a secret elf door. only the elf can use it and it's magic so it only works when a tiny hand of an elf touches the door knob

 I am so excited for Christmas this year we are really trying to do more traditions this year and keep the true meaning of Christmas going. It's so easy to get swept up in the stores and gifts, and Maddox asks so many questions about it I wanted to do things to explain and show what it's all about. Christmas was such a magical time for me as a kid I want the same for my boy's
